great stay but minor improvements needed
The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly making me feel safe and comfortable. The new room layout provided a cozy bed and nice bath amenities that elevated my stay. I found the hot breakfast options fresh and varied each morning which added great value to the experience.
The limited soundproofing made it difficult to enjoy a completely quiet environment.

the pool was mysteriously closed, how convenient. i woudl have appreciated if jst one staff member had offered a room upgrade as compensation for this lack of amenity. also, 2 towels for a double-occupancy room? absurd! i almost gave a good review, but lets just say the facilities and service left me less than impressed.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, I felt
very safe and comfortable during my stay. The amenities were nice, and the room was newly remodeled, offering a cozy bed. However, there was some noise from the hallway that could be heard occasionally.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The new rooms were spotless and had this cool walk-in shower. Plus, the breakfast blew us away – none of that prepackaged nonsense! My fiancé and I even enjoyed the nearby Mexican restaurant.
My kids wished for a pool because there wasn’t one available for a family.
